When you’re responsible for a commercial or industrial property, staying ahead of roofing problems can help protect your building, equipment, inventory, and day-to-day operations. We work with businesses and organizations that need dependable roofing solutions for facilities of many different sizes and types.

Where are you located, and what areas do you serve?

Our office is located at 2147 North Fayetteville Street in Asheboro, North Carolina. We serve commercial and industrial clients throughout the Southeast United States, including businesses in Asheboro, Greensboro, Durham, Winston-Salem, Charlotte, Raleigh, Fayetteville, Burlington, High Point, Pinehurst, and other North Carolina communities.

What are your regular business hours?

Our office is open Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We also understand roofing problems don’t always happen during regular business hours, so we provide 24/7 emergency roofing repair services for urgent situations.

How can I request a quote or contact your team?

You can call our office at (336) 672-0133 or reach us toll-free at (800) 849-2648 . You can also use the contact forms on our website to tell us about your roofing needs or request help with an emergency repair.

Do you work on residential roofs?

No. We specialize in commercial and industrial roofing, not residential roofing. Our experience includes roofing for industrial facilities, retail properties, institutional buildings, universities and colleges, and other commercial properties.

What types of commercial roofing systems do you work with?

We work with a wide range of commercial roofing systems, including low-slope and flat roofing, standing seam metal roofing, metal shingles, sheet metal, slate shingles, and specialty roofing systems. We also work with roofing materials from established manufacturers such as Carlisle, Elevate, Sarnafil, Soprema, Tremco, FiberTite, GAF, and Flex.

Do you offer 24/7 emergency roofing repairs?

Yes. Our emergency roofing repair services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If your commercial property has an unexpected leak, storm damage, or another urgent roofing problem, contact us to assess the situation and protect your building from further damage.

What should I do if my commercial roof suddenly starts leaking?

Contact us as soon as you notice the problem. Water can travel beyond where you first see a leak, so visible damage doesn’t always reveal its source. We’ll inspect the roofing system, identify the cause of the leak, and determine what repairs are needed.

What happens during a commercial roof inspection?

We evaluate your roofing system for signs of wear, damage, leaks, drainage issues, and other potential trouble spots. Depending on your roof, this may include checking the membrane or roofing surface, seams, flashing, penetrations, drains, gutters, downspouts, and other vulnerable areas. We’ll use what we find to recommend appropriate next steps.

How often should I have my commercial roof inspected?

We generally recommend having a commercial roof professionally inspected at least twice a year, typically in the spring and fall. An additional inspection can also be worthwhile after severe storms or other events that may have damaged the roofing system.

What is included in your Roof Maintenance Program?

Our Roof Maintenance Program focuses on identifying and addressing roofing concerns before they become larger problems. Routine care can include scheduled inspections, clearing debris, checking drainage areas, evaluating vulnerable roofing components, and addressing minor issues that could otherwise lead to leaks or more extensive damage.

How can preventative roof maintenance save my business money?

Catching a minor roofing issue early is usually much easier than dealing with damage from an ongoing leak. Preventative maintenance can help identify concerns such as damaged seams, punctures, deteriorating flashing, or clogged drainage components before water reaches insulation, equipment, inventory, or interior spaces. Regular care can also help you get more useful life from your roofing system.

How do I know whether my commercial roof needs repairs or replacement?

There isn’t one answer for every roof. We consider factors such as the roof’s age, overall condition, roofing material, previous repairs, and the extent of the current damage. An isolated problem may only require a targeted repair, while widespread deterioration or recurring issues can indicate it’s time to discuss replacement.

What are some signs my commercial roof needs professional attention?

Visible leaks aren’t the only warning sign. Ponding water, damaged flashing, membrane tears, bubbling or blistering, drainage problems, damaged seams, and visible storm damage can all indicate your roof needs attention. If something looks unusual, an inspection can help determine whether repairs are necessary.

Do you work on active commercial and industrial facilities?

Yes. We understand your business may need to continue operating while roofing work is underway. Our experience includes industrial facilities, retail properties, institutional buildings, and higher education campuses, where careful planning and coordination can help limit unnecessary disruption.

What commercial metal roofing options do you offer?

Our commercial metal roofing capabilities include standing seam roof panels, metal shingles, and sheet metal roofing. Many commercial and industrial properties use metal roofing because of its durability and long service life. We can help determine the right system based on your building and project requirements.

What are low-slope and flat commercial roofing systems?

Low-slope and flat roofs are commonly found on commercial and industrial buildings. These roofs require materials and installation methods designed to manage water and protect broad roof surfaces with relatively little pitch. We work with several commercial roofing systems and materials designed specifically for these applications.

Do you provide warranties on your roofing work?

Yes. We provide a 1-year warranty on points of repair and offer applicator warranties ranging from two to 10 years on full roof replacements. Manufacturer warranties may provide additional coverage depending on the roofing system and materials selected for your project.

What experience does your roofing team have?

Our team brings more than 400 years of combined roofing experience to the job, with individual team members having between 25 and 56 years of industry experience. That depth of experience gives us a strong foundation for handling commercial and industrial roofing systems with a wide range of needs.

What roofing certifications and industry recognition do you have?

We maintain certifications with several major roofing manufacturers, including Carlisle, Elevate, Sarnafil, Soprema, Tremco, FiberTite, GAF, and Flex. Our industry recognition includes the Carlisle ESP Award, Elevate Partner in Quality Award, and Elevate President’s Club. We’ve also received Quality Awards and participate as a Star Safety Member of the NC Roofing and Sheet Metal Association.

How seriously do you take safety on commercial roofing projects?

Safety is a priority throughout our roofing work. We’re a Star Safety Member of the NC Roofing and Sheet Metal Association, and our crews follow established safety practices while working on commercial and industrial properties. This is especially important on active facilities where employees, customers, students, equipment, and ongoing operations may be nearby.

Can regular maintenance help me prepare for a future roof replacement?

Yes. Routine inspections and maintenance give you a clearer picture of how your roofing system is aging. Tracking its condition over time can help you anticipate when replacement may become necessary, plan your budget, and avoid being caught off guard by a major roofing failure.
